Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the services and digital products offered by Business Toolkit Hub ("we", "us"). By using the platform or purchasing a product you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell digital products — templates, spreadsheets, contracts, checklists and PDF guides — delivered by download. All items are provided "as-is" and are intended to be adapted by the customer to their own business.

2. License

After payment you receive a personal, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the files in your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or republish the files or claim authorship of them.

3. Payment

Prices are displayed in BRL and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed by external providers; we do not store card data.

4. Lifetime access

Once your payment is confirmed you keep lifetime access to the purchased files, including free future updates released for the same product.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not share your account credentials or download links.
• Do not use the products for illegal or fraudulent activity.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for business decisions taken based on the materials.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 15 days in advance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller's registered jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
