• Before the file has been downloaded.

2. No refund

• The file has already been downloaded.
• The request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.

3. How to request a refund

Send an email to refunds@businesstoolkithub.com with your order reference and reason. We reply within 3 business days.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
